• Treated with the same level of confidentiality and security as other client information
• Stored securely in your Cliniko client file

You may be asked to sign a consent form or provide written or verbal permission before we request or exchange any information on your behalf.

• Provide personalised nutrition and dietetic services
• Assess your needs and monitor your progress
• Communicate with you about appointments and care

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the delivery of dietetic services.

Sunny Days Nutrition uses Cliniko, a secure, Australian-based practice management system, to store client records and appointment information. Cliniko complies with Australian privacy laws and implements industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Your information is:

• Stored securely on encrypted servers
• Only accessible by authorised practitioners and staff
• Regularly backed up and protected from unauthorised access

If you choose to contact us via email, SMS, or use Cliniko’s online booking or messaging system, you acknowledge that while these tools are convenient, no system is 100% secure. We take reasonable steps to protect this information and ensure Cliniko meets strict security standards.
